New Wedding Photography Talent for a New Year
February 12th, 2010 by Elizabeth Beskin | Share BlogIn developing our social photography business, our goal has always been to provide exceptionally talented photographers with a wide variety of styles, skill sets and price points. After a thorough search for talent locally and around the country, 5th Avenue Digital is proud to announce several new additions to our roster of wedding photographers.
In the high-end luxury wedding category, 5th Avenue Digital is excited to be representing Robert Evans.
Robert is most notable for photographing the weddings of Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes, as well as Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston, and he regularly covers A-list celebrity events. Based in Southern California, Robert has joined 5th Avenue Digital to allow New York brides access to his phenomenal talent. One of Robert’s greatest goals when he picks up a camera is evoking emotion from everyone who views his images. He says, “There is no greater joy in life than touching someone’s heart.”
With a clear vision and artistic eye, Robert’s work and training have earned him the honor of shooting the most intimate day in the lives of hundreds of couples, as well as several awards and prestigious titles. His work has appeared in almost every major publication, including USA Today, People, US Weekly and INStyle Weddings, Martha Stewart Weddings – further evidence of his exceptional skill and aesthetic vision.
There is not one celebrity in his portfolio, but all the brides look and feel like celebrities! Take a look. Robert Evans
We’ve also added two outstanding new talents to our roster of young and hip photographers. We listened to our wedding planner clients, who told us today’s brides want weddings that reflect their own sense of style – often 180 degrees away from the traditional. The work from both these shooters is geared towards this less-traditional wedding couple, with an edgier, more offbeat aesthetic.
Daniel was recently named one of New York City’s top wedding photographers by Time Out New York and is currently shooting photo assignments for the New York Times. His work has been featured in numerous print and online publications around the world. His soft disposition and intense passion for photography help set him apart from other wedding photographers. But it’s his artistry in combination with his technical skill that makes his work really stand out.
Jesse is another young and hip photographer we’ve recently added. Through years of experimentation, he has developed a unique style that comes across as effortless. But it takes great skill to deliver shots that look so natural and uncontrived. Jesse believes that if a shot is difficult to take, constraining the people and situation, it’s not a good shot, not matter how technically “right” it is. He feels a beautiful shot is one that recalls the moment and evokes the emotions of those who were there, for those who weren’t.

We would love to hear what you think. feel free to let us know.
